Talent Management Specialist (Performance Management + Recruiting) in INC4

Main tasks: 🔹 interaction with management to align strategic goals with business objectives; 🔹 recruiting specialists at the request of the team; 🔹 optimization and management of the Performance Management process; 🔹 regular analysis of the labor market and conducting Compensation Review; 🔹 deepening knowledge and improving the management process of individual members teams (Talent Development); 🔹 solutions to possible conflict situations and initiative in strengthening team relations. Important experience: 🔸 2+ years in HR in an IT company; 🔸 mastery of various team member evaluation techniques. Experience: 🔸 in psychology; 🔸 English B1+. Interview flow: ⭕️ interview with HR Manager; ⭕️ additional short call with potential Team Lead ;⭕️ receiving an offer. Working conditions: 🗓 Flexible 5-day (Monday-Friday) schedule and the possibility of full/partial remote work.
