We have 15+ own brands that are extremely popular among customers and are focused on tier 1-2 countries. with rapid development, we invite a Talent Lead Recruitment to join the team, who will help us make the recruitment process even more efficient!Experience requirements:• TL Recruitment experience - 2+ years • Knowledge of modern recruitment methods and tools• Analytical skills and ability to conduct audits and analyze data• Communication and organizational skills• Responsibility and result orientation• Ability to provide feedback and train other team members• Ability to be effective in conditions of dynamics and rapid development of the company Duties:• Management and control of the team - 6-8 recruiters• Control implementation of the recruiting plan• Quality control of the hiring process: Carrying out constant monitoring and analysis of all stages of hiring, including creating vacancies, searching for candidates, interviewing, assessing competencies and making hiring decisions.• Auditing hiring processes: Conducting audits, assessing compliance with hiring standards and developing recommendations for improving the efficiency of the process.• Assessing the quality of candidates: Analysis and assessment of the professional qualities and skills of candidates, including checking resumes, conducting interviews and analyzing test tasks.• Monitoring and analyzing recruiting metrics• Onboarding and training the team• Improving the competence of the recruiting team together with the QC department• Providing the team with information/materials/resources for workWhat we offer:• On-time pay, competitive salary level• We work in a remote format• We provide paid sick and vacation days• Allocate training budgets• Provide equipment as needed• Birthday gifts and other pleasant guests As a team, we always strive to be the best among our competitors!
