Talent Experience Specialist in Room 8 Group

We are looking for a Talent Experience Specialist to offer comprehensive support for the people-related processes in specific service lines within R8G. The specialist in this role will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of operational, developmental, and engagement processes for employees, as well as providing essential organizational support to both specialists and managers daily.

Superpowers you have:

• 2+ years of HR experience with a focus on resolving complex issues;

• Experience in organizing corporate events at the company level;

• Ability to create and edit content for various communication channels (emails, news, corporate digests, etc.);

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Languages spoken: Ukrainian, English (Upper-Intermediate+);

• Great interpersonal and customer service skills;

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Ability to work in a multitasking environment and quickly shift priorities.

Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will:

• Be responsible for the onboarding process of new employees;

• Be actively involved in creating, updating, and automatize people regulation documents;

• Prepare regular reports and presentations for People & Business Partner, and senior management;

• Assist People & Business Partner in the administration of performance review processes, including setting up review cycles, communicating timelines, and collecting feedback.

• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs that meet organizational needs;

• Closely collaborate with the Group L&D team in organizing corporate educational events for studio specialists and management; 

• Together with People & Business Partner be responsible for development engagement activities according to the  internal communication plan;

• Provide support in recognition programs for employees;

• Provide support to direct managers and specialists in all people-related processes.

Спеціаліст на цій посаді буде відповідальний за допомогу у впровадженні операційних, розвиваючих процесів для спеціалістів компанії, а також активностей щодо їхньої залученості та наданні необхідної організаційної підтримки як спеціалістам, так і менеджерам.

Нам потрібні твої надзвичайні здібності:

• 2+ років досвіду роботи в HR з фокусом на вирішення комплексних питань;

• Experience in organizing corporate events at the company level;

• Ability to create and edit texts for various communication channels (e-mails, news, corporate digests, etc.);

• Excellent oral and written business communication skills;

• Language fluency: Ukrainian, English;

• Excellent interpersonal and customer skills;

• Ability to multitask and quickly change priorities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible for the process of adaptation of new company specialists;

• Actively participate in the creation, updating and automation of documents regulating work with personnel;

• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management;

• Assist People & Business Partner in the administration of specialist performance appraisal processes, including setting up appraisal cycles, communicating deadlines and gathering feedback;

• Assist in the development, implementation and implementation of training and development programs that meet the needs of the organization;

• Work closely with the training and development team in the corporate organizationtheir educational events for specialists and company management;

• Together with the People & Business Parner, be responsible for the development of engagement activities in accordance with the internal communication plan;

• Provide support in the company's specialist recognition and retention programs;

• Provide support to direct managers and specialists in all HR processes
