Over the past two years, the Talent Enablement team has built the basic principles of cooperation with organization according to the Employee Experience and Lifecycle designed by us. We began to build a system in which all our activities and actions are connected to the creation of an environment where employees can better realize themselves, develop, create value for the company and also have a close community of like-minded people.

We are now looking for aTalent Enablement Directorin's largest business unit is Jooble Aggregation. The main challenge will be to take the next step in improving our leadership approaches, developing cross-team collaboration and our open culture.

Area of ​​responsibility and role expectations:

    < li style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 300">Cooperation with top management on the company's goals and their subsequent transformation into a strategy for working with employees of all levels and professions
  • Development of managers at different levels to improve their ability to build teams, improve the product and cope with existing challenges"> Ensuring approximately the same level of Employee Experience for all co-workers
  • Systematization and improvement of people processes in accordance with the needs of the company
  • Update and maintain EVP according to the areas where employees need to be supported in current challenges
  • Responsibility for Employer Branding: the overall image of the company and its recognition in the technical community in Ukraine
  • Timely honest and open communication to employees of all shifts
  • Building development tracks within the company
  • The point of escalation of difficult situations in the area of ​​working with people
  • Cooperation with other Jooble General teams on administrative issues of employee management
  • Represent the company as an HR expert on external platforms

What we pay attention to in candidates:

  • Experience in a leadership HR role from 2 years and a minimum of 5 years in the HR field
  • The ability to work in a situation of complete uncertainty, to make decisions with limited information, to experiment and understand when even previously successful approaches must be changed
  • Experience of cultural transformations in organizations
  • Mediation and healthy confrontation skills
  • Adult-adult approach to work and communication
  • Flexibility in the selection of methods and frameworks depending on the situation, the ability to combine and change them
  • Balance between confidence in one's expertise and openness to others, building relationships with stakeholders from different fields
  • Sincere belief in people, their potential and the ability to delegate and trust the team
  • English at the level of at least confident Intermediate

Format: Work from anywhere! We have hubs and offices in Warsaw, Kyiv and Lutsk, but you can work from home if it's more convenient. We provide all the necessary equipment to ensure your productivity and comfort, regardless of whether you work remotely or in one of our offices.

Schedule: For us, the result is important, not the number of hours. You can choose when to start your 8-hour working day (between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Kyiv time), the main thing - be in touch with colleagues and plan time for meetings with colleagues who work from 25 countries of the world.
