We are currently looking for an experienced Talent Development Manager who will implement new and inspiring development projects.

In this position, you will:

• implement talent identification, assessment and development activities
• accompany the annual assessment of managers
• help with the formation of individual development plans
• participate in the development of measures for the development of corporate culture and their organization
• accompany measures aimed at promoting values ​​and of the company's corporate rules
