Talent Development Manager, DTEK Academy

• Team work on updating the system and approaches to business talent development;
• Design and development of management potential development programs for the DTEK company;
• Methodological development of trainings, workshops, master classes ;
• Analysis and selection of best practices for solving business problems through educational initiatives;
• Communication with teachers and program participants;
• Planning, coordination and organizational participation in long-term educational programs.

Requirements: 

• Higher education (specialization will be an advantage: pedagogical, business administration, psychological, entrepreneurial);
• 3+ years of work in the direction of L&D managers;
• Experience in developing and conducting development programs for managers;
• Experience of interaction with international business schools, teachers and trainers, building trusting relationships with stakeholders and partners;
• Experience of managing projects of various complexity (from concept to implementation, performance measurement and continuous improvement);
• Development and implementation of training events, webinars at the request of internal and external clients;
• Ability to collect and analyze information;
• Experience with MS Office 365, SharePoint, Power Point;
• English at B2 level;
• Purposefulness and systematicity;
• Result orientation;
• Teamwork.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

- monthly official salary,

- a bonus based on the results of a year of work in the company.
