Talent Attraction Intern / Specialist in KPMG

We are currently looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to develop in the field of organization of educational and career events and become a part team of HR professionals!

If you are interested in working with students, participating in the creation and implementation of university events, guest lectures, job fairs and internal educational initiatives, this position is for you.

You have the opportunity to participate in planning, implementation and analysis of educational projects, to communicate with representatives of universities, teachers and colleagues from various departments of the company, as well as to see how the employer brand is formed in practice.

Main responsibilities:

• Analysis of university requests, the effectiveness of partnerships and the formation of proposals for the most effective directions cooperation.
• Planning and coordination of the company's participation in job fairs, university career days and educational events.
• Preparation and signing of Logo License Agreement and contracts with universities.
• Communication with teachers regarding guest lectures, participation of company speakers and joint projects.
• Interaction with colleagues within the company to organize speeches and presentations at educational events.
• Organization of business trips and offline activities in Lviv.
• Internal and external events: Audit Camp inherit">Tax Camp, open days, educational initiatives for students.
• Collection and analysis of data after the events - preparation of maintenance of student databases, tracking of their involvement in various departments of the company.
• Participation in panel discussions and educational forums as a representative of the Talent Attraction team.
• Communication with students: sending invitations to events and information about open vacancies.
• Publishing news about educational initiatives in Telegram channels and social media networks.
• Preparation of documents for payment for events, purchase of materials and merch.
• Organization of the technical part of online events - request access to Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
