Key tasks for the position of Talent Acquisition and Development Manager:
- Ensure support and further development of existing HR processes and practices, including recruiting, onboarding, assessment, training, professional and career advancement, off-boarding
- Maintain and develop the company's organizational culture and the employer brand
- Implement system-based analysis of employee loyalty and satisfaction
- Periodically get involved in similar HR matters in other shareholder businesses (details in the interview)
