For work, you will need: Knowledge of methodologies for talent assessment tools, understanding of the market of assessment tools; Successful experience in developing and implementing systems of succession, performance management, mentoring; Experience in developing and implementing talent development programs ;Developed analytical skills, the ability to interpret data;Availability of additional training and certifications in the field of psychometric assessment, competency assessment, talent development, coaching;Developed oral and written communication skills, preparation and conducting of presentations;Skills for implementing HR projects.
