Our company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our friendly people team. We are expanding the Recruiting direction in the HR department and are looking for a member who can share our mission, values and philosophy. Your Responsibilities
Participate in the full recruitment cycle.
Promote our values.
Search for new candidates, including active search and hunting.
Automate the recruitment process personnel.
Build relationships with potential candidates.
Organize and conduct interviews with candidates.
Negotiate job offers.

This is about you
You have successful experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for 1 year or more.
You have skills in recruiting, you understand the principles of direct search and headhunting.
You have skills in conducting interviews, and you can assess the candidate's needs, pain points and motivation.
You have experience in closing vacancies in IT from Trainee to Architect, as well as managerial positions.
Understand the IT market, its players, pay ranges and trends.
Experienced in sourcing, specialized groups and LinkedIn search.
You have good oral and written communication skills, you have research and analytical abilities.
Attentive to details.
Able to meet deadlines.
You have an Uppe level of Englishr-Intermediate and above.
It will be a plus if you:
Have an understanding or experience of recruiting in the EU market.
Possess the Polish language at the Intermediate level and above .
