Our company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our friendly people team. We are expanding the area of ​​Recruiting in the HR department and are looking for a member who can share our mission, values ​​and philosophy. Your duties:

  • participate in the full recruitment cycle;
  • spread our values;
  • find new candidates, including active search and hunting;
  • automate the recruitment process;
  • li>
  • build connections with potential candidates;
  • organize and conduct interviews with candidates;
  • negotiate job offers.

This is about you:

  • have successful experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for 1 year or more;
  • have skills in recruiting, understand the principles of direct search and headhunting;
  • you have skills in conducting interviews, and you can assess the candidate's needs, pains and motivation;
  • you have experience in closing vacancies in IT from Trainee to Architect, as well as managerial positions ;
  • understand the IT market, its players, pay ranges and trends;
  • experienced in sourcing, specialized groups and LinkedIn search;
  • possess verbal and interpersonal skills written communication, have research and analytical skills;
  • attention to details;
  • able to meet deadlines;
  • possess a level of Englishoutside Upper-Intermediate and above.

It will be a plus if you:

  • have an understanding or experience of recruiting in the EU market;
  • you speak Polish at the Intermediate level and above.
