The roles are 100% remote beginning April 2024 through September 6, 2024. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the recruitment for a high volume of non-exempt positions within our teleSales group. Our Talent Acquisition team is relentless, going above and beyond to ensure that we deliver top talent to the organization. We value integrity and accountability.Support high-volume recruitment initiatives for our teleSales groupPartner with Sales hiring managers to attract critical talent for their teamsOversee the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling hiring interviews, preparing offer letters and managing candidate to onboardingMeet or exceed daily and weekly recruiting metrics, including completed number of phones, scheduled interviews and offersCreate a positive and engaging candidate experience through education and proactive communicationDemonstrate eHealth’s values in your behaviors, practices, and decisions.Who You AreYou are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a minimum of three or more years of high volume recruitment experience preferably within the insurance industry, or contact center environmentsYou thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to ever changing needs and prioritiesYou have extensive working knowledge of Workday RecruitingYou have experience with working with variety of software including Microsoft office, Google docs and other tools You have a strong attention to detail, process and have strong organizational skillsYou are a team player and enjoy working collaborativelyYou have a passion for delivering a top-notch candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and follow throughPriority consideration will be given to applicants with high volume recruiting experience and Workday.The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed. Base pay is one component of eHealth’s total rewards package, which also includes an annual performance bonus, plus an array of benefits designed to support employees’ personal and professional wellness.
