Join us on our journey as we redefine the landscape of residential real estate appraisal!We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to take on a critical role on a small, powerhouse team at the heart of the Company, the Culture Team, reporting directly to the Chief Culture Officer. You will help build our elite team of Appraisers, Appraiser Trainees and Support staff, and will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from experienced Operations and Corporate roles to entry level Trainee positions, but most importantly, the folks that are the lifeblood of Accurity – our Certified Residential Appraisers.In this role you will:Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Executive team to identify staffing needs in different regions and departmentsPost and maintain job advertisements. Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with Hiring ManagersSource and screen candidates through the Company Applicant Tracking System as well as utilizing other external sourcing methodsAdminister recruiting surveys and psychometric assessmentsConduct virtual interviews with prospective candidates and identify the most suitable candidates to progress in the hiring processSchedule interviews for progressing candidates with Hiring Managers and any other stakeholders in the hiring and decision-making processConsolidate all documents used for recruitment, including resumes, interview notes, and assessment results to share with key stakeholders, and follow document management protocols as defined by the CompanyOrganize and maintain data related to the Company’s recruiting activities, to include: updating status of candidates throughout the interview and hiring process in Company ATS and uploading new hire documents to ATS and HR portal. Draft and deliver offer letters, employment contracts and other new hire paperworkOther tasks and projects supporting the Culture Team as identified by the Chief Culture Officer.
