Summary:We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.In this role, you will focus on AI and Localization talent acquisition, working closely with program managers to source, attract, and recruit top talent for our AI Data Collection and Localization teams.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies using various channels such as job postings, job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen candidate profiles for alignment with assigned projects. Maintain a pipeline of qualified AI and Localization candidates for future hiring needs. Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with team members across different programs. Generate reports for stakeholders related to vendor management. Support marketing initiatives for company branding. Stay informed about industry trends in AI to provide recommendations for process improvements.Requirements: 3+ years of experience in AI and Localization vendor management. Strong understanding of AI and Localization concepts, techniques, and technologies. Experience with vendor management tools. Proven ability to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with candidates, and team members Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., linguistics, BA). Prior experience with AI and Localization recruitment in corporate or tech industries. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Vendor Management tools. Multi-lingual proficiency. Experience in a startup working environment is beneficial.
