Screen candidate profiles for alignment with assigned projects. Maintain a pipeline of qualified AI and Localization candidates for future hiring needs. Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with team members across different programs. Generate reports for stakeholders related to vendor management. Support marketing initiatives for company branding. Stay informed about industry trends in AI to provide recommendations for process improvements.Requirements: 3+ years of experience in AI and Localization vendor management. Strong understanding of AI and Localization concepts, techniques, and technologies. Experience with vendor management tools. Proven ability to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with candidates, and team members Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., linguistics, BA). Prior experience with AI and Localization recruitment in corporate or tech industries. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Vendor Management tools. Multi-lingual proficiency.
