Recruitment team AMO currently consists of 7 experts who know where and how to find and attract the best specialists. However, we need reinforcements, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to complement our team and be responsible for the recruitment of specialists for the customer care team (current vacancies).

For this you you will:

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment and be independently responsible for each stage (mass recruitment, streaming vacancies)

  • Build effective communication with hiring managers and act as a partner for them in the recruitment process

For great results in a new role, you will need:

  • Experience in the field of recruitment
  • Knowledge of candidate search methods and tools: ability to effectively use various search channels such as LinkedIn, Djinni, job sites, professional communities, etc.
