Talent Acquisition Specialist IT in RTB House

As a result of scaling our platform, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in IT to join our team, our project is in one of the most complex and challenging recruitment projects in the IT/Tech area in Poland. You will have the chance to take the ownership and make an impact on the Core Tech team.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience preferably in IT recruitment area
• Excellent communication skills;
• Proactive and can-do attitude;
• Proven knowledge of hiring methodologies and candidate’s evaluation;
• Knowledge of IT landscape and technologies: programming languages, frameworks, tools, trends…
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines;
