  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience preferably in IT recruitment area
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proactive and can-do attitude;
  • Proven knowledge of hiring methodologies and candidate’s evaluation;
  • Knowledge of IT landscape and technologies: programming languages, frameworks, tools, trends…
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines;
