As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment and hiring process for an organization (C-level, Marketing, SEO, IT, Lawyers, Managers and many more roles). Your strategic approach and expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates will contribute to building a skilled and diverse workforce that aligns with the company's goals and values.Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with management to understandcurrent and future hiring needs and develop hiring plans to attract top talent and meet those needs.Draft and advertise job descriptions, building pools of candidates ahead of time.Utilize various sourcing channels.Monitor and optimize sourcing channels to ensure a pipeline of high-quality candidates.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skillsand cultural fit.Develop and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Manage the negotiation and hiring process with selected candidates.Utilize recruitment metrics and data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.Requirements:Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role.Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.Experience in hiring in Marketing, SEO, Finance and other fields.Ability to work under pressure and achieve KPI's within short timeframes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and trends.Strong negotiation skills for offer management.Strategic thinking and ability to align recruitment with business goals.Fluency in English.We offer:Paid vacations, paid public holidays days.Paid sick leave.Ability to practice English every day.Remote work from anywhere in the world.If you are a high performer, passionate about your work, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done, please send us your resume.Please only apply if you are serious about remote work and preparedto commit at least 8 hours per day intence work.
