In this position, you will search for talents in Ukraine, but over time there will be an opportunity to join global projects. Evaluate candidates for interviews: check motivation, culture fit, soft and hard skills. Experiment with the approach and format, constantly improve your school. Fulfill your goals: close vacancies on time, boost conversions and make offers to cool candidates who will successfully pass the trial period.
