Your Role:

• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring.
• Actively search for new candidates using a variety of channels.
• Conduct pre-screen calls / HR interviews to assess candidates' experience and cultural fit.
• Provide constructive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and interviewers.
• Lead the preparation and negotiation of job offers.

About You:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Experience working in product IT companies or startups.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in English at an Intermediate level or higher.
