Your Role:
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring.
- Actively search for new candidates using a variety of channels.
- Conduct pre-screen calls / HR interviews to assess candidates' experience and cultural fit.
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and interviewers.
- Lead the preparation and negotiation of job offers.
About You:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Experience working in product IT companies or startups.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in English at an Intermediate level or higher.
