What we expect from you: - Experience in of recruiting from 1 year or related experience (in sourcing) from 2 years;
- Ability to conduct a full cycle recruiting flow: from sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiations on the offer, to the exit of the candidate;
- Successful experience of closing non-technical positions;
- Advanced English proficiency
Main duties:
- Regular communication with the team lead and hiring managers: identification of the need for hiring, regular meetings, organization of interviews;
- Development of sourcing strategy, creation of pools of relevant candidates, tracking of candidates in ATS (People Force);
- Conducting screenings and writing reviews;
- Communication with candidates at all stages of the recruiting process;
- Help in organization and direct participation in hiring managers' interviews, collection of recommendations, preparation of an offer. What we offer:
