Talent Acquisition Specialist in Creative

Currently, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.Responsibilities:Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, etc.Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume and phone screens, candidate interviews, offer preparations, and close qualified candidates.Collect, input, and report recruitment data and metricsContinually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy.Requirements:Previous working experience, preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for least 1 year.In-depth knowledge of candidates' selection methods (competency-based interview will be a plus).Experience with tech roles (developer, QA, DevOps).Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Strong customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with candidates and employees at all levels throughout the company.Proficient in Ukrainian; English – upper-intermediate.
