Right now we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team to attract the best talent to our company.

What you will do:
• Full recruitment cycle: removing vacancies, posting vacancies, searching/selection of candidates, conducting interviews. Vacancies: marketing, tech, non-tech;
• Close cooperation and consultation of hiring managers regarding candidates, the labor market;
• Communication with candidates, providing feedback, organization of all stages of recruitment;
• Maintenance of ATS Talent Lyft and TA data in an up-to-date state, reporting;
• Formation/signing of a job offer, introduction of a new employee in HRMS, organization of preboarding;
• Participate in TA team projects.

What you will need for this:
• 1-2 years of TA Specialist/Recruiter experience with non-technical and technical vacancies;
• Sourcing skills;
• Skills of writing catchy letters;
• Competency interviewing skills;
• Experience and skills of active search using LinkedIn;
• Ability and desire to work with hiring managers as partners;
• Strive for sustainable development;
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills;
• Systematic, analytical;
• Business orientation;
• Adaptability to changes.

What will be a plus:
• Completion of HR/Recruiting system courses;
• Experience of hiring in the Customer Support team;
• Experience with ATS;
• Experience in creating and working with scorecards.
