We are actively growing: only recently, several new colleagues have joined the recruiting team and this forward movement continues.
Due to expansion, we are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist(s)to help us find strong people and build a team that creates change through education, leadership and talent development.
What will be in your area of responsibility:
- The full cycle of recruiting: from creating a job description to creating a job offer.
- Cooperation with managers of structures and projects to determine team needs.
- Writing attractive vacancies and placing them on relevant platforms.
- Active search for candidates using modern tools (Boolean Search, X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Conducting interviews and initial assessment of candidates.
- Support of all stages of selection: coordination, reverse communication, collection of recommendations.
- Management of the candidate database and support of high-quality communication with potential colleagues.
- Optimization of selection processes and implementation of new solutions for attracting talent.
For this role it is important:
- Have experience in recruiting for 2 years or more.
- Own modern candidate search and sourcing tools (Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Be ready to work at a fast pace and simultaneously manage 5+ vacancies.
- Able to work effectively with various categories of positions — from teachers and researchers to administrative and managerial roles.
- Have a high level of self-organization, time management and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and orientation to high-quality candidate experience.
- Confidence in using LinkedIn, ATS-systems and other HR tools.
