peopletake end-to-end responsibility for hiring Sales Managers in Ukraine and Poland
create sourcing strategies and search for candidates using all available resources;
conduct pre-screen calls and cultural fit interviews, evaluate candidates
close interaction with the hiring team. You will be a true business partner
improvement of processes and automation of routine tasks
About you:
1+ year experience in a dynamic environment
simultaneous management experience 3-5 vacancies
successful hiring cases for complex roles
knowledge of sourcing tools (X-ray, Boolean search, etc.) and search platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, Robota, etc.)
well-developed communication and networking skills
getting things done approach
ambition and value-oriented approach to recruitment
desire to work in a startup and the ability to easily adapt to a rapidly changing environment
English - B2 conversational
desire to work hybridly (3/2 - office/remote) from the office in Kyiv
Will be a plus:
experience in international recruitment
