We have big and ambitious plans! Therefore, our team is looking for a talented and effective Recruiter. Together with the Talent Acquisition department, you will create the most effective teams.

  • You are proud of your successful experience of closing vacancies in the field of digital, IT, sales, business development and want to constantly deepen your expertise.

  • Using modern channels and approaches in sourcing.

  • In evaluating candidates, you rely on competencies and behavior patterns, not on zodiac signs :)

  • Able to build long-term relationships with Hiring managers and candidates based on trust and cooperation.

  • You are a positive person and think in terms of perspective and opportunities, limitations are not for you.

  • You want to have a real impact on business development, offer bold ideas and test new approaches at work, and not work according to a template job description.

< p>What will be your tasks:

  • High-quality independent closing of current vacancies.

  • Development of candidate search strategy (map of search channels, map of donor companies).

  • Direct search and hunting of candidates from priority businesses of companies.

  • Posting vacancies in social networks and profile sources.

  • Conducting a structured competency interview.

  • Quality collection of recommendations for candidates from previous employers.

  • Formation and presentation of job offers to candidates.

  • Maintaining an up-to-date database and detailed statuses regarding candidates.

  • Participation in company projects that increase recognition and employer brand.

  • System work with an internal and external referral system for talent attraction.

  • Working on personal and team OKRs to improve company processes.
