Recruitment AMO team is currently< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"> 7 experts who know where and how to find and attract the best specialists. However, we need reinforcements and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to complement our team and be responsible for the recruitment of specialists for the customer care team (current vacancies).
For this you will:
Manage the full recruitment cycle and be responsible for each stage" decoration: none"> Work with different candidate search channels and look for alternative options if the known paths do not bring results< /span>
Build effective communication with hiring managers and act as a partner for them in the recruitment process
Form a positive candidate experience. You understand that the recruiter is the candidate's first, and sometimes the only, contact with the company. And what this contact will be, directly affects the company's reputation
For great results in your new role, you will need:
Experience in the field of recruitment
Knowledge of candidate search methods and tools: ability to effectively use various search channels such as LinkedIn, Djinni, job sites, professional communities, etc.
Interviewing skills p>
English inlevels not lower than Upper-Intermediate
Proactivity and initiative: willingness to independently search for new ways and approaches to achieve goals
Flexibility and adaptability: the ability to quickly adapt to changes and new requirements
Responsibility: the ability to work independently and take responsibility for the results of your work
