What we expect from you: strong>
- Experience in recruiting from 1 year, or related experience (in sourcing) from 2 years;
< li>Ability to lead a full cycle recruiting flow: from sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiations, to the exit of the candidate;- Successful experience in closing non-technical positions;
- Proficiency in Advanced English

Main duties:
- Regular communication with the team lead and hiring managers: identification of the need for hiring, regular meetings, organization of interviews;
< li>Development of sourcing strategy, creation of pools of relevant candidates, tracking of candidates in ATS (People Force);- Conducting screenings and writing reviews;
- Communication with candidates at all stages of the recruiting process process
- Assistance in organization and direct participation in hiring managers' interviews, collection of recommendations, preparation of an offer.
