This position involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and assessment to presenting suitable candidates to clients for consideration. The primary goal is to meet client staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, toidentify potential candidates.Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications todetermine suitability for specific job openings.Collaborate closely with clients tounderstand their hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture. Build and maintain strong client relationships.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Provide guidance tocandidates oninterview preparation.Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit toensure alignment with client requirements.
