As a key member of the TA team and a genuine talent advisor you'll have the opportunity to drive a fantastic hiring manager and candidate experience and add value to 8x8's entire recruitment process.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Hiring Managers to understand their requirements, developing a true understanding of their recruiting needs, creating and driving hiring plans and sourcing candidatesSource candidates especially via referrals and direct sourceQualify and Pre-Screen potential candidatesSupport the interview process and attend joint interviews when requiredWork with technical evaluators and interviewers on technical testingManage the candidate job offer process consulting with all relevant people throughoutWorking closely with HR ensuring our strategies and methods are supportive and complimentaryRecommend and drive improvements for building talent pipelineWorking with your TA colleagues on ensuring TA has a strong brand across the hiring manager communityQualificationsExperience of full life-cycle Recruitment, preferably within a technology environmentExposure to recruiting multiple role types, especially Sales, Marketing, Support, Technical and OperationsCandidate Experience is exceptionally important to us, you'll need to demonstrate how this is also important to youProven experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter preferred and be a great sourcer, determined to find our next great hiresExperience with multiple sourcing strategies and tools including: tactical search, referral generation, recruiting events, social media and sourcing campaignsUnderstanding of how to manage candidates and hiring manager expectations and have a good close rate of offer to acceptanceExtensive candidate network within your specialized fieldResults-oriented, self-starter who enjoys a challenge and gets things doneInterpersonal skills and character to build trust and maintain credibilityExcellent written and spoken English language skillsAbility to prioritize, work well in an unstructured environment and handle multiple competing prioritiesThe compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock.
