We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for All Right, a leading international online English language school for children. We are looking for a candidate who will help us develop, implement and support the recruiting and candidate selection system. All Right is an innovative online English language school for children that offers unique programs and approaches to extra education. We develop and improve children's speech skills, providing them with high-quality training and a positive experience. About you: from 2 years of experience as a recruiter / talent search specialist; experience in recruiting non-technical positions (marketing, sales, operational positions) is a must; experience in recruiting in the EMEA market will be a plus; you are proactive , business acumen and the ability to see the big picture. Your tasks will be: development and implementation of the recruitment process (you will be the first and only specialist onboard); the full cycle of recruiting from the formation of a recruitment map from the hiring manager to the candidate's offer; development and implementation of a strategy for finding candidates for various positions; conducting a pre-screen calls, interviews and assessment of potential candidates based on their experience and cultural fit; coordination of interaction with candidates and company departments; preparation of job offers and negotiation of compensation; support and improvement of the recruiting and candidate selection system; recruitment statistics (funnel by channels, etc.) and reporting.
