If you want to work for a company that values your contributions and supports your growth, we would like to meet you.Job Overview:We are looking for a strong TA Partner to join our team supporting our financial services / Wealth Management recruitment.Responsibilities:• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and qualifications.• Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for open positions.• Identify and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates.• Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation.• Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to source potential candidates.• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications.• Conduct phone, video and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential.• Coordinate and facilitate assessment tests and interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.• Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy and integrity.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment (Wealth management and financial services preferred)• Experience with both corporate and agency recruitment is highly desirable.• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.• Strong sourcing skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong organizational and time management abilities.The pay range for this position is $70,000-90,000 per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
