We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist based in Ukraine or Poland (remote) to improve and facilitate our processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an excellent experience throughout the candidate journey.In this role, you will closely collaborate with 20+ members of our Talent Acquisition team across EMEA, APAC and the US. You will conduct thorough analyses to identify bottlenecks and areas for enhancement, and then work on implementing improvements to streamline our operations.
