What will you do?
— carry out a full recruiting cycle;
— engage in “headhunting”;
— actively find candidates with the help of various sourcing channels, form candidate pools;
— cooperate with hiring managers to close the hiring plan;
— participate in the development of the employer brand and initiatives that help attract new candidates.

— manage recruiting metrics and provide results reports;
— work in a hybrid format from the office in Warsaw.
Our expectations:< /p>
— from the 1st year of experience in a similar position in marketing companies;
— experience in active sourcing, attracting new candidates and retaining passive candidates;
— analytical skills, experience in creating and maintaining recruiting reports;
— high level of self-organization, result-oriented;
— knowledge of the English language at a level no lower than Intermediate+.

- have experience in Affiliate Marketing.
