- Search and attraction of the best specialists in various areas: IT, product development, marketing, analytics, operational management and other strategic areas.
- Use of modern technologies, techniques and platforms for direct search and hunting.
- Conducting in-depth market analysis to identify key players and potential candidates.
2. Strategic partnership:
- Interaction with department heads to form effective position profiles.
- Management consulting on strategies for attracting talent and ensuring long-term employment.
3. Management of the hiring process:
- Development of individual strategies for each candidate: from the first contact to the moment of the offer.
- Conducting interviews, assessing competencies, cultural fit and potential of candidates.
- Ensuring the speed of closing vacancies without loss of quality.
4. Formation of the employer brand:
- Promoting Diia Company as a leading employer through professional communities, events and social media.
- Creating a unique candidate experience that highlights our company values.
What we expect:Education:
- 3+ years of work in the field of talent selection, in particular in hunting and executive search.
- Successful experience of working with highly qualified candidates and top managers.
Skills:
- Confident command of modern search tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized platforms).
- Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and managers.
- High communication skills, strategic thinking and results orientation.
Education:
- Higher education
- Professional training
Languages:- Proficiency in Ukrainian and English (B2+).
