About you: 4+years ofexperience inhiring developers and designers inLatin America; Experience using marketing/employer branding tools for talent acquisition (social media ads, landings, webinars, events, etc.); Build long-term relationships with talents; Beaproactive person and generate new ideas; Ability towork inafast-paced environment; Fluent English; Use adata-driven approach (wehave asuper data-driven ATS, Ashby); Bemature and have leadership skills. Will beaplus: Recruiting for amarketplace; Experience working inastartup orafast-paced environment. What you willdo: Acquisition ofdevelopers and designers tothe Awesomic marketplace; Screen and select candidates; Build awesome relationships with key stakeholders; Maintain internal ATS; Provide perfect candidate experience.
