We want someone who's genuinely excited about building relationships, not just with potential new employees, but also with our hiring teams.### Our expectations from a Recruiter:- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate journey.- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fill critical roles across our Marketing, Development, Product, and Operations departments.- Spearhead initiatives to cultivate a robust talent pipeline, leveraging diverse recruitment channels and fostering engagement with prospective candidates.- Drive optimisation efforts for recruitment workflows and procedures, maintain candidate databases, and establish efficient sourcing methodologies.- Conduct thorough and effective interviews utilising a variety of questioning techniques.### Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements.- Craft compelling job descriptions tailored to attract top talent, and advertise job openings.- Proactively source and deliver a consistent stream of qualified candidates for each role.- Screen candidates and coordinate interview schedules.- Conduct HR interviews independently or in collaboration with hiring managers.- Provide personalized and constructive feedback to candidates.- Maintain communication with candidates, nurturing relationships with current applicants and potential future prospects.- Stay up-to-date of industry trends and advise on competitive compensation packages.### Required skills and experience:- Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT recruitment, encompassing sourcing and interviewing.- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, spanning both technical and non-technical positions.- Strong ability to cultivate partnerships with hiring managers and technical interviewers.- Experience conducting competency-based interviews (e.g., STAR and/or PARLA methodologies).- Familiarity with basic analytics and metrics, demonstrating a data-driven approach to recruitment.- Fluent in Ukrainian.- Upper-Intermediate level of proficiency in English.
