In this role, you will shape and implement the company's talent acquisition strategy, aligning it with our corporate goals. We believe that 80% of the company's success depends on who we hire. We hire A-players - those who, with a 90% probability, will be among the top 10 best in their field. In this role, you will manage the recruitment process and the Talent Acquisition team, as well as participate in various Employer Branding activities. Location - Kyiv. This is a hybrid position. It allows you to work both in our office in Kyiv and remotely, with the requirement to visit the office 2-3 days a week. With us you will: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters: set goals, ensure development and analyze team performance. Identify and eliminate "bottlenecks" in the recruitment process: optimize and improve recruitment time and costs. Use data: seek insights about our process, talent, market to generate hypotheses and conduct experiments. Collaborate with CEO: Interact with business leaders (Guru Apps, Forma, Wisey and R&D) to shape an effective hiring process that aligns with business goals. Follow trends: implement new approaches and tools in work, in accordance with current industry trends. Plan and prioritize tasks: Prioritize and effectively manage the team's task backlog. Budget hiring costs: manage the budget and monitor its effective use. Automate routine processes related to hiring. Keep documentation of the main processes. Our expectations from you: Experience: at least 3.5 years in the field of IT recruiting. People management and mentoring skills: the ability to develop a team and analyze its effectiveness. Data-driven approach: understanding of recruiting and HR metrics and their application to improve the efficiency of the selection process. Working with Stakeholders: Ability to identify requests, manage expectations and ensure alignment of all parties involved in the hiring process. Interpersonal and Consultative Skills: Ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals and groups. Experience in hiring highly qualified specialists: ability to work with vacancies for specialistsialists with rare expertise. Process ownership: understanding process customization for business needs, documentation management. Skill in conducting interviews: mastery of various techniques for evaluating specialists. Candidate sourcing expertise: using different tools and approaches to attract talent. Building partnerships: ability to establish and maintain long-term working relationships. Proactivity and practical approach: ability to solve problems and find practical solutions. It will be an advantage: Experience in closing top positions through Executive Search and headhunting.
