National Airlines specializes in over-sized, time sensitive, and special handling requirements, utilizing 757-200, 747-400 and A-330 aircraft to accomplish its missions.Job Title: Talent Acquisition CoordinatorLocation: Orlando, FL (On-Site)Department: Human ResourcesReports To: Senior Talent Acquisition PartnerFLSA Status: ExemptSummary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist the Talent Acquisition team with administrative duties, recruitment, background checks, and new hire onboarding and orientation. The coordinator will handle all post offer stage processes to complete the full-cycle recruitment process for all National Airlines new hires. This is a full-time on-site position Monday – Friday.Essential Functions:Assist the VP of HR with essential projects.Execute all TA assigned activities in a timely manner in compliance with the latest policies processes, and standard operating procedures, and instructions while ensuring confidentiality is always maintained.Consistently deliver a high-level quality of customer service and communication to internal and external customers always providing a positive candidate experience.Provide administrative support to the TA team on recruitment-related activities such as: resume review, pre-screening applicants to identify qualified candidates.Schedule and coordinate interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.Responsible for creating the new-hire HR personnel files following the established checklists and required documentation for FAA/ DOT Safety-Sensitive Personnel and non-DOT Personnel.Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.Coordinate pre-employment drug testing for FAA/ DOT Safety-Sensitive positions, submit background checks for processing, and obtaining the required clearances to onboard new-hire.Creates employee profiles in company HRIS system (Paylocity)Participates in company-sponsored hiring events and job fairs; assist with the coordination and preparation for events such as giveaways, registration deadlines, and booking venue / travel for TA Team.Trained as back-up recruiter and assist with conducting interviews when needed.Supervisory Responsibility: None Requirements and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredMinimum of 2 years in Aviation HR recruitment or experience in other areas of HRUnderstanding of DOT/ FAA Regulations and operational airline rolesExperience with completing I-9 employment verifications and E-Verify submissions.Experience with new-hire onboarding and orientation preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Computer Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.Experience with Adobe Acrobat Documents / E-Sign preferred.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruitment such as LinkedIn RecruiterExperience with Paylocity or other HRIS systems is a plus.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.The duties listed above are intended only as illustrations of various types of work that may be performed.
