DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for managing the requisition to job process and overall scheduling of interviews and meetings. The role will assist the Talent Acquisition team in coordinating schedules of candidates and hiring leaders. They will be responsible for the administrative tasks outline in the ATS.What you'll do: Utilize ATS (Pinpoint) to manage job and talent pipelinePartner with and support the hiring leaders and TA team with candidate sourcing and selection.Assist with screening resumes, coordinating interviews, phone screenings, timely candidate/manager correspondence, application review and offer extensions Manage the administrative aspects of candidate communicationsHelp answer questions from applicants/ employees about hiring process.Document all candidate activity from phone screens and interviews in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Participate in recruiting events to network with potential candidates.Perform other assigned duties as required.What you'll have: 4-year degree in business, human resources, or related field OR related experience.Experience working with ATS Applicant Tracking Systems.Must be well-organized and able to manage competing demands.Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.Strong computer skills and HR technology.What we'll offer: 8 paid holidays and 1 additional floating Diversity DayPTO program based on role and tenure, starting at 15 days!
