Responsibilities: Development and management of quality standards, namely, the development, updating and maintenance of quality standards for all types of brand products. Planning and coordination of control processes, namely, the organization and control of the execution of technical control processes during the acceptance of raw materials and finished products. Training and personnel development, namely, conducting training of department employees in product inspection methods and compliance with quality standards. Quality control of raw materials and materials, namely, conducting quality control of incoming materials and raw materials. Team management, namely, assignment of tasks, performance control, motivation and development of department employees, agreed with their manager. Analysis of control results, namely, analysis of the results of technical control, anomalies and problems, as well as the development of measures to eliminate them. Documentation and reporting, namely, keeping documentation based on the results of technical control, preparing reports on state of product quality. This vacancy is for you, if you have the following competencies: Knowledge of materials and fittings — understanding of the properties of various textile materials and fittings. Experience in analyzing materials for production. Quality management - in-depth knowledge of quality standards in the garment industry. Experience in developing and implementing quality control methods. Technical documentation — understanding of technical drawings and specifications. Experience in product inspection, including visual control and measurements in accordance with technical documentation. Analytical skills — the ability to analyze technological problems and find optimal solutions. The ability to analyze the efficiency of production processes. Skills for working with data — the ability to collect, process and analyze data on the quality of products. Knowledge of programs for data processing (for example, Microsoft Excel). Technical training — experience in organizing personnel training in new processes. Average special knowledge in the field of garment production. Microsoft Excel — a confident user.
