• Very good command of at least one of the following reporting tools: Tableau, Tibco Spotfire SSRS, SAP BO (at least 2 years of experience)
• Good knowledge (at last 2 years experience) of design and usability in BI
• English at least at B2 level
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Business Objects XI (Web Intelligence, Desktop Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Designer, Information Design Tool, Xcelcius, etc
• 3+ years of experience in at least one of the following reporting tools: Tableau, Tibco Spotfire
• Ability to design and prototype BI solutions based on business requirements
• Knowledge (at least some level of awareness) about UX and usability within BI area
• Basic knowledge about data storage (eg. relational databases) how to access them, how to query data, how to join the data from different sources, basic modelling knowledge
• Be able to give realistic estimates, possibly with collaboration with other BI developers
• Know what is the best testing strategy for the given BI solution
