We are looking for an experienced and proactive Tableau Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports to support our business intelligence and data analytics initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and create visualizations that facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Technical Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience: 8 years of relevant experience
• Languages: Fluent in Polish and English
• Skills:
  • Commercial experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction
  • Expertise in data visualization best practices and principles
  • Familiarity with data modeling and database design concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Tableau Desktop and Server certifications
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
