System technical support engineer in Kyivstar.Tech

Kyivstar.Tech team is looking for a new colleague or colleague for the role of One Identity Management system technical support engineer.

What you will do:

• Provide technical support for the One Identity Management system. The system provides centralized management of accounts, access rights, roles, security policies and control compliance
• Perform administrative work in the system (elimination of errors, incidents, system recovery, user administration, fulfillment of user requests)
• Manage the main functionality of the One Identity Management system:

1. System configuration
2. Access control
3. Management roles
4. Integration with directories and systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, SQL Server, Oracle, Unix/Linux)
5. Configuration of the approval mechanism and workflow

• Create operational reports from the One Identity Management system
• Develop macro commands that are necessary to automate processes in the system6. Set up monitoring metrics, control system backup implementation
• Install, test new patches, One Identity Management system updates
• Interact with system developers, control the implementation of tasks assigned to developers
• Participate in system development projects

What qualifications and experience are required:

• Experience administration of IT systems (from 3 years)
• Experience in administration of One Identity Management (as an advantage)
• In-depth skills of working with DBMS MS SQL, knowledge of T-SQL or PL/SQL (writing scripts, managing database objects)
• In-depth skills of working with IIS (Internet Information Services)
• Experience of working with Windows Server and Linux OS
• English language - intermediate (B1)
