System Integration Support Engineer in Shekolyan G.V., FLP

The company invites a System Integration Support Engineer/System Integration Support Engineer to its team.

Main tasks:

• Providing technical support for the company's products, responding to customer inquiries by e-mail, telephone and during remote sessions
• Executing remote and on-premises software upgrades for airlines and airports
• Participating in the installation, upgrade and migration of software solutions at airports around the world
• Conducting user training and providing clear technical guidance to customers
• Collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot, escalate and resolve complex technical issues

Requirements from candidates:

• Knowledge in Windows Server administration and basic networking skills
• Basic understanding of databases (MS SQL)
• Experience in server and domain controller administration
• Knowledge of network technologies; knowledge of cloud solutions will be an advantage
• Ukrainian language - fluent
• English language - at the level of confident communication (oral and written)
• Attention, responsibility, willingness to learn
• Readiness for business trips to different countries (duration 1-2 weeks)
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, customer orientation
• Strong ability to solve problems and the ability to work independently
• High level of responsibility, reliability and stress resistance
