Your main tasks:

• Maintain and support work processes of cash register equipment (scales, POS terminal; POS printer, scanner) and video equipment systems (video surveillance in stores) in the city of Kharkiv;
• Process applications from users and their technical support in the city and remotely;
• Configure user workstations based on Windows OS and the necessary software package;
• Maintain ACS systems based on Hikvision equipment;
• Configure Mikrotik, Dahua, Hikvision, ResPos equipment;
• Maintain and configure peripheral equipment printers, MFPs, scanners; Diagnostics of hardware and software problems, their elimination;
• Set up video surveillance systems, monitor their performance.

What we expect from the ideal candidate:

• Understands the principles of PC diagnostics;
• Skills in Windows 10\11 OS administration;
• Basic knowledge of computer networks;
• Experience in configuring video surveillance systems;
• Have your own car that you are ready to use at work.
