System Business Analyst (with PM skills)

Kharkiv, remote

Telesens is looking for a System Business Analyst for telecom projects.

Qualification requirements for candidates:

• higher education, preferably "Information Technologies"/ "Computer Science"/ "Applied Mathematics";
• work experience of at least 3 years of participation in IT projects in the role of a business or system analyst;
• having practical experience in collecting, analyzing and formalizing the requirements of the customer or business users, as well as writing, agreeing and managing technical documentation;
• understanding and knowledge of REST architecture, DBMS basics;
• understanding of SDLC, STLC;
• professional knowledge of UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence notation;
• experience in project management;
• knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Agile, RUP, Kanban);
• experience in working and setting up task tracking systems (JIRA, Redmine or others);
• work with objections, the ability to listen and hear;
• experience in working with alternative solutions (flexibility in formulating questions), project risks;
• basic knowledge of project management: building a project plan, RACI matrix, conducting status meetings;
• sociability.

It would be a plus:

• preferably experience with MS Project, Enterprise architect;
• preferably experience with systems such as Billing, DWH and others;
• knowledge of telecommunication networks (GSM, GPRS, EDGE, CDMA, etc) and TCP/IP, Ethernet, IP infrastructure is desirable.

Main functional duties:

• studies and analyzes the architecture and interaction of existing IT and TD telecom systems;
• analyzes the customer's needs, possible limitations and proposes a target solution architecture, coordinates options with interested parties;
• carries out expert evaluation of project documentation developed by the customer (briefs, concepts, etc.);
• coordinates business requirements with the customer and other interested parties;
• designs technical solutions and manages the technical requirements for the solution;
• models business processes within project boundaries, develops decision models;
• draws up and coordinates plans, protocols of integration and client testing, is responsible for the organization of testing;
• prepares technical documentation and instructions for maintenance and operation of implemented platforms;
• prepares orders, orders, tasks to perform work on technological and IT platforms in accordance with company procedures
• plans and controls the process of performing assigned tasks;
• executes API requests using Postman.
