TO SUCCEED AT THIS JOB, YOU MUST HAVE:

• 5+ years of experience as a System and Business Analyst
• Experience in the banking area
• Experience in critical project(s)
• Practice in analysis and process management
• Ability to create business processes using UML, BPMN notation
• Knowledge of JIRA - for creating and managing User Stories and tasks
• Ability to map system requirements to system functionality
• Experience in designing the structure of systems and applications
• Experience in international projects
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD processes
• Experience in working in an Agile environment
• English at the level of casual business communication

IT WOULD BE PREFERRED IF YOU HAVE:

• Quick availability – maximum 1 one month's notice
• Experience in projects with payment systems
• Experience in projects with cloud solutions (AWS)
• Experience in cloud migration projects
• Experience in analyzing legacy systems
• Practical knowledge of tools: Confluence, Enterprise Architect, Miro Tables
• Basic knowledge of technologies: Kafka, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL (simple SQL queries), REST API (basic knowledge of JSON structure)
