System Analyst with banking experience in Job Advice

Our partner is a Ukrainian commercial bank, which is among the TOP-20 financial institutions of Ukraine in terms of assets, in search of a talented System Analyst who has experience working in banks, financial structures or with fintech products. Our ideal candidate has: 1. Higher education (IT, mathematics, finance, economics); 2. Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years, or experience as a business and/or system analyst; 3. Experience in formulating business requirements, technical tasks for creation, development, support of system changes; 4. The ability to comprehensively analyze the subject area, manage requests for changes, systematize the customer's requirements and translate them into a specification format for a developer or technologist; 5. Knowledge of business process modeling notations (UML, BPMN, IDEF0); 6. Experience in designing analytical and operational reporting; Experience in working with change management systems (Atlassians, MS Project, Jira products), etc.; 7. Understanding the philosophy of building a microservice architecture; 8. Knowledge of business process modeling tools, prototyping and diagrams (Miro, Draw.io, etc.); 9. Skills in formulating criteria for the developer, QA and UAT, planning/approving the checklist for testing. It is desirable to have: 1. Experience in complex processes of implementation of banking products: idea formation, creation and inventory of catalog, marking, effective tools for sales channels, engagement of outsourcing services, commission services of third parties; 2. Preparation of specifications for setting up the BP, as well as approval of instructions or business sales cards, internal regulatory documents of other units. 3. Good background in knowledge, configuration, user testing of the automated banking system Soft Review (or Bi-2.) 4. Skills of working with large data sets and mastering PL SQL, MySQL, MS SQL tools. 5. Experience working with Corezoid processes. Main functional duties: 1. Collection of requirements from business and technical divisions regarding new implementations; 2. Analysis of requirements and existing infrastructure to find a possible implementation option, systematization and assessment of the completeness of customer requirements, research on the impact of a new product on existing ones; 3. Analysis of current and prospective needs, development of measures to systematize, optimize the current functionality of software or products, offer and formalize a solution; 4. Development and approval of the Technical Task, and/or Business Requirements, and/or Functional Requirements; 5. Interaction with the customer and the development team at the stages of projects/tasks; 6. Participation and evaluation of the results of admission testing; 6. Preparation and conducting presentations on the status of work and team grooming; 7. Identification of process risks and proposal for preventive leveling measures, steps for their elimination; 8. Creation of documentation on the XWiki web resource or similar resources. We offer: 1. Official employment; 2.
