System analyst to support the project "Unified judicial information and communication system" in Fond Shidna Evropa

The Eastern Europe Foundation within the framework of the project "Support for Digital Transformation" (DTA) announces a tender for the search of a contractor to provide expert services in the field of system analytics to support the project "Single judicial information and communication system".

Term of the contract: until the end of 2024 with a possible extension.

Service engagement: full.

Format of cooperation: mixed (combination of offline and online work). Preference is given to candidates who will be able to work in Kyiv.

Main tasks and responsibilities within the contract:

• participate in business process automation projects in public sector institutions;
< li style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit">collect, analyze requirements and model document flow and other business processes;
• develop technical project solutions for the automation of business processes and define tasks for development;
• prepare technical documentation;
• consult business users on the functionality of systems, business processes and provide answers to their requests;
• use Scrum / Kanban approaches and methodologies;
• participate in the planning and organization of work within the SDLC process;
• ensure effective communication with project stakeholders;
• test during acceptance software;
• maintain project documentation in Confluence / Jira;
• perform other tasks as required.

Requirements for contest participants:

• business process modeling experience (BPMN);
• knowledge of the software life cycle within the SDLC process;
• writing skills;
• knowledge of REST, SOAP, SQL;
• ability to work with CURL, SoapUI, Postman;
• experience in designing REST, SOAP, procedural interfaces;
• basic knowledge of programming languages ​​PHP, JavaScript (understand an example / quote from the code), ability to read application logs;
• work with version control systems (SVN or Git);
• ability to structure elements of information systems and determine technologies and possible software solutions;
• experience in writing technical tasks, requirements and specifications for IT projects;
• experience of interaction with highly loaded projects;
• work experience in the specified specialty;
• work experience in information systems development projects for government bodies;
• experience in developing technical tasks, project documentation, conducting business correspondence;
• knowledge of business process modeling methodology (IDEF0, UML, BPMN 2.0);
• knowledge of requirements and change management basics;
• knowledge of the basics of designing relational databases;
• developed organizational skills and attention to detail;
• knowledge of the English language at the level of reading specialized technical literature.
