Analysis of requirements and existing infrastructure to find a possible implementation option, systematization and assessment of the completeness of customer requirements, research of the impact of a new product on existing ones. Analysis current and prospective needs, development of measures to systematize, optimize the current functionality of software or products, offer and formalize a solution. Development and approval of Terms of Reference, and/or Business requirements, and/or Functional requirements. Interaction with the customer and the development team at the stages of projects/tasks. Participation and evaluation of the results of acceptance testing. Preparation and conducting of presentations on the status of work and team grooming. Identification process risks and a proposal for preventive measures of leveling, steps for their elimination. Creation of documentation on the XWiki web resource or similar resources. Requirements for candidates: Higher education (IT, mathematics, finance, economics). Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years, or experience as a business and/or system analyst. Experience in formulating business requirements, technical tasks for creation, development, support of system changes. The ability to comprehensively analyze the subject area, manage change requests, systematize customer requirements and translate them into a specification format for a developer or technologist. Knowledge of business process modeling notations (UML, BPMN, IDEF0). Experience in designing analytical and operational reporting. Experience in working with management systems changes (Atlassians products, MS Project. Jira), etc. Understanding of the philosophy of building a microservice architecture. Knowledge of business process modeling, prototyping and diagramming tools (Miro, Draw.io, etc.). Skills in formulating criteria for developer, QA and UAT, planning/ approval of the checklist for testing. The presence of a military ticket or a temporary certificate of military service (for men). Desirable: Experience in complex processes of the implementation of banking products: idea generation, creation and inventory of the catalog, labeling, effective tools for sales channels, involvement of outsourcing services , commission services of third parties. Preparation of specifications for the configuration of BP, as well as approval of instructions or business sales maps, internal regulatory documents of other departments. Good background in knowledge, configuration, user testing of the automated banking system Soft Review (or Bi-2.) Skills in working with large data sets and mastery of PL SQL tools. MySQL. MS SQL. Experience working with processes at Korezoid.
